Activation behind firewall

Hi,

i wanted to use ObjectDock Plus on my working machine. Cause we are sitting behind a firewall, i send an email to activate@stardock.com for activation of my copy.
This was about 5 days ago, since then i got no mail, nothing.
Does this process takes so long?

Any hints are appreciated

Hmmm . . I wonder if it got caught in spam/junk.

You should have rec'd verification from Stardock that they got your email and a ticket #. Check in your junk email folder. Otherwise they may not have rec'd your email. They also had a power outtage over the weekend that effected their servers. Try IRC (#stardock) or resend your email.

So far no answer...

I did the following:
- i checked my spam folder, nothing
- i resend the email again
- i registered at esupport, but never got the confirmation eMail
- i sent an email from my company account with the request for answering

Niente, nothing, nix...

It seems that they don't get any emails from me...
Or they don't want to answer....

So the question again, any ideas?

If you didn't get a auto-response the mail was probably lost.
