Sysmetrix and other Widgets

Is there anybody out there that can help me set up either sysmetrix or any of the other widgets to show how much ram I am using, you know it shows cpu usage but not ram, is this a big scripting task for me , if it is then I am lost , or is it a simple config., set target problem.

Anyway could someone help me
