Vista default icons

Well, here's another problem. In my Vista Home Premium (32) installation IP v. 3.99.146 works just fine. However, when I click to restore the default Vista icons I get the following message:

"there has been an error loading the " icon package. Please re-install the package and try again." The thing is that IP RESTORES the original Vista icon set!

Weird...

Any suggestions?

Same problem here... two systems with Vista Ultimate.

Whenever I select or apply the Desfault Vista Icons I get the very same error, but the icons are restored anyway.
