4.0 Interface?

I upgraded to the latest version of IP and I still have the old interface. As I saw in a video from Island Dog the new version should have an interface similar to WindowBlinds. Correct? Is my install whonky? Should I try again or is 4.0 not ready for prime time yet?

My version is 3.99.143 btw.

Try to uninstall your current IconPackager installation, either from SDC or Impulse. Deppending which you installed it from in the first place. And then try a fresh install. And info about your system, please.
