Is there a way to get rid of the "Attention" effect altogether?

Hey all,

I just bought this after using the "lite" version for a while. I see in the misc options box you can control which "Attention" effect is used. Is there to way to turn this off altogther? It's kind of annoying. I just want to click on an icon and have it click. I don't want to it glowing or rocking or swinging or zooming.
