Problem With IconDeveloper (Can Somebody Help??)

I Can't Figure This Out

I just recently purchased icondeveloper because I want to recolor some of the icons in my IconPackager. The problem is.....when I go into IconPackager, select an icon package and click the IconDeveloper button to recolor the icons it says I have to install IconDeveloper on my computer......which I've already done.

Oddly enough when i installed it, I never had to enter a product ID like I had to do with everything else. Can somebody tell me what's going on or what I'm doing wrong?

sounds like you may have installed the trial version

uninstall it, reboot


did you install using the download link in the email sent you OR did you install using Stardock Central (browser/downloader/installer/etc) {aka SDC}

try using SDC

once SDC is installed - register the serial sent you and use SDC to download and install
