If i am unsatisfied with a product that i have bought is there anyway to get my money back???

Well i love there products just got Vista Tweaks and i don't like it at all i did send an e mail in just 2 secs ago. i just bought it installed it and didn't not like it at all. i though it would of been a little better then that.

i can't see you getting a refund just because you 'don't' like the software, if there was something wrong with it then probably you would. but to ask for one because you don't like it. Don't like your chances, you should have thought of that before you purchased it :)

If I buy a product and I don't like it then I think I should be able to return it. Having said that I think the problem here can be summed up in one word: VISTA. ;)

doesn't normally work with those products that can easily be duplicated then the original returned.

We do have a return policy and the link provided in #4 highlights the whole thing. Not many software companies will go this far for the reasons listed in #7. In this case sales will have to make the call for you.

FYI, here in Brazil there's the Consumer's Law, which states that one can ask for a total refund, no questions asked, for anything sold via Internet, within a period of seven days. I find this particularly interesting...

I'd say that international lawsuits probably cost more than WB or ODNT.  ;)

Good thing that Stardock's product don't usually get returned for dissatisfaction.  :CONGRAT:

Yeah sure I was kidding. You said something kinda asinine and dumb. I decided to follow along.

Whatever you felt about what I said? That is likely what anyone who likes the software thought when they read what you said.
