M3SrchMn.exe is a program known as MyWebSearch and it includes cursor mania, smiley central, a website portal, and of course advertising. These can slow your computer down, even if they try to claim these are not adware or spyware related. If you downloaded and installed these things intentionally, you can leave them. If they arrived without your knowledge, or came installed with free software without your knowledge of the installation, you can remove them. Mywebsearch, popular screensavers, free buddy icons, smiley central, cursor mania, etc. .... these all may install programs which are considered adware or spyware. Many people download these free programs, but they often come with advertising, popup programs, and toolbar add-ons in your browser.
