Hello,
when I played MOO2 all the years back I liked very much that a new tech was presented to me by someone from my own race. Today, when playing GC2 I always have a strange feeling about this robots doing it instead... I would really prefer having a Human, Yor, or whatever showing me what my race has researched lately. Would this be too much to implement? You could give them different outfits to show the ethic alignment, it would be just cool!
