Newbie question....how do you navigate wormholes. Cannot get my fleets to utilize them.

You have to research the tech for it, it'll be somewhere in your tree depending on Race.

I have been playing the TEC a lot. If I recall it is a level 5 or 6 tech. It is way up there. Once you research it, the wormholes will open up to you.
