Save and restart problem

I have noticed when I am playing as the Vasani (Vasari?) and save a game to come back to later, it loses the benefits of broadcast communications (extra supply). What happens is I will go from a positive supply remaining to a negative supply remaining of approximately 1/2 of the previously saved positive amount. It only happens with the previously mentioned race, making me think that on reloading a save game, the game is not checking all sources of supply.

Actually, no, it's a general bug where your options are not loading properly (if you were playing with Large fleets and you save, on load it'll be reset to the default Normal). 1.04 fixes this, but meanwhile when you load just re-accept the options and they'll apply properly. ;)
