Question

I was wondering why you can get missions from other AI players before you have even seen them on the map? It makes no sense. How are you suppoes to go kill another player or give them credits/metal/crystal when you dont even know where they are.

I know this is not a real issue it just bugs me

AI's you've never encountered don't give you missions. But, scouts do count as encountering an AI, you don't actually have to discover their planets.
