Support Downtime



Friday March 28th at 12:30pm

There will be a downtime for the ESupport system. If you are not aware this is the email support center for Stardock. That means no support will be available until the service is brought back up. It is expected to take several hours to complete. We ask that you wait some time before submitting any emails to us. If you receive error messages after waiting several hours please keep trying as they will eventually get through.

If you had seen earlier posts in the support forum you will notice over the last two weeks that we have had intermittent issues with our email software. To fix this issue we have transferred the software to our own servers where our techs can personally over see any troubles we might have. This will be a major improvement in our support systems and response time to our customers.

We greatly apologize for the trouble and like always support can be reached by phone or in the forums.

Lets see, there's IRC or forums, not sure which one, well maybe just hang out in both. Yeah that's the ticket! :SURPRISED:

Thanks! I actually just whipped that up out of another project I was finishing. The full project is much nicer.

I only made the logo to get everyones attention. :)

If you want some sort of version of it, and Brad doesn't mind, I would tweak it for you.

Just for reference sake that is a help desk not a support desk.

Help desk people work internally. They are allowed to set fire to their fellow employees.

Support we work with customers and set fire to no one. :)

This isn't lip service when I say I am grateful for our customers. Try going through any forums (*cough* Blizzard) and see what is going on out there. It really is a community in here, as opposed to the 133t war zone that seems to be in so many other places.
