You will likely need to offer the support folks a little more background.

What system are you running? What version of Object Dock? Does it not work for any region, or just one specific region? Have you checked it's not a firewall issue?

Those sort of things can all help.

The free version has an issue with weather in some places.  If you have the free version you have to 1) wait for it to be updated; 2) Buy the plus version; 3) use the closest city that works.

If you have the plus, tell us where you are or where you are pulling the weather for.  We'll try to help but may have to direct you to support.

Thank you for your reply.

I have the free version from several months and always have updated correctly. But from Monday 24th not.

I have tried to input a lot of places, from Europe and USA and all of them no works

I am from Spain and have XP. No new firewall or program installed from the date that update correctly

Nobody has the same problem?
