Starbase monthly cost?

I'm noticing that my starbases are costing me 5bc a month each, yet when i look into the details screen, it says monthly cost is at 0bc. Anybody else see this?

Yes - I noticed the same thing. On the topic of starbases, how is that after building an influence starbase 3 parsecs from my home planet, the bonus does not show up on the DETAILS screen in the COLONY MANAGEMENT section. I am having a difficult time understanding how the starbase feature works.

So is this considered a bug, or something that's supposed to be, but hasn't been fully updated as of yet?
