Maximum activations reached

Hope someone can help me.I know that there is no one at WC right now due the Easter Holiday,but every time I update windowblinds it wants me to activate it,even tho I have SDC account that is up to date.Now I have reached the maximum activations.I need for someone to reset it for me if anyone is there.Thanks.

I have post the exact same thing title and all still no reply from them yet,i did receive a e-mail where they ask for activation key which i send and now my vista is still windowblinds less,hope to get a reply soon
