Shortcut keys to switch dock tabs?

I have been using ObjectDock for a while, and am considering purchasing the Plus version, but one thing I really can't ignore is the lack of keyboard shortcuts to control the dock(s). For instance, it would be awesome to be able to cycle through tabs on a particular dock with the keyboard, but I can't find anything that would imply the possibility.

I thought about attempting this with Keyboard Launchpad, but again, it's not obvious from the free version if it would be possible.

If someone could describe a way to bind Win+(Shift)+Tab to activate the next/previous tab on a dock, I would be very grateful.
