Starsdock's new digital distribution service which Frogboy pimped a few times here is now a feature story on NextGen.

"Brad Wardell, CEO of Plymouth, Michigan-based Galactic Civilizations creator Stardock, told Next-Gen on Monday that the company's new digital distribution platform is almost done, and will be generally available in April this year."

I love the 1.2mb/s downloads i get on stardock but it's usability is nothing like steams right now.

I hope impulse will be able to patch my win2k install :) I have been ok so far with sins but would not be nice if the new downloader just locked us windows 2000 people out.
