Support Troubles

There is currently an issue with our email support system. We are having random crashes through the day. We are working with our support providers to clear the trouble and hope to have it fixed very soon. There could be delays in responce time until then. Please be patient with us and we will get to all support troubles as quickly as possible. Some support is still possible so we are addressing the top and most popular problems first.

Seriously we are working our tails off trying to fix this. Once again my apologies guys. If there is an emergency I would like to hear about it right away. You can PM me for fastest results.

I qualify an emergency as something like:

"I can't play the game at all.."
"I can't SEE anything anymore..."

Or anything that is a total shut down. Please be aware that activation issues and account issues are being addressed whenever possible and as quickly as possible. Please don't PM me about account info since you are already at the top of the list.

Ok we are back up and running!

However we are back up and running with more than a day+ of backed up emails. If you still have troubles DO NOT send in new replies. You will reset your ticket time and be pushed back to the end of a very long line.
