Creating new maps

Hi everyone.  First let me say that this game is a blast, and I cant quit playing.    ;p 

 

Ive been trying to create my own map in the map editor.  The thing is this.  Once I got it created, and goto preview, I dont see the swirling outline of the galaxy.  This makes is very hard to find the galaxies in order to fly to them.  Does anyone know what im doing wrong?  I know its not a major issue and I can just scroll around, but for simplistic reasons I just want to make is easier.   The map size is 12 stars with each star having up to 4 offshoots from it, with up to 5 or 6 planets per offshoot.   In the game itself, when you load the premade maps you can see the galaxy clusters because of the circular aura, and this is what i would like for my map.

Any and all help would be wonderful.   Thanks.  

PS....And yes im a noob when it comes to making stuff and creating stuff as well.

Well first off its not a galexy, its a star cluster. a galexy consists of a 100bil+ stars(Far beyond what his game could handle).

about your question however... I have no clue. It always shows it for me.

Yea, ive tried making several maps now, and each time im not getting the aura around the star cluster. Its quite irritating. Anyone else have an idea?

I had something similar in 1.02 map maker - just hitting the 'C' key sorted it. Not tried map making in 1.03 yet.
