Are there MP Saves

A friend of mine and I are interested in playing Sins in COOP against some AI opponents, but we rarely have enough time for a full game.  Can we play a little and then save it so we can pick up where we left off next time?

Yes, you can. When you use the "manage files" option there are categories for multiplayer saves (manual and automatic ones). You should be able to load one of them up and carry on from there.
