Terran Duplicate Techs

There seem to be two branches of the tech tree -- one through Space Superiority and one through Fleet Defenses -- that both give the Xalax/Zalon techs.

Only one of them actually yeilds the equipment to actually use them during ship creation. Obviously, this is a mistake in the technology tree.
