Where are ObjectDocl Plus docks saved?

I'm reinstalling Windows and want to restore my current ObjectDock setup.  I see how to save the docks under the Themes tab of ObjectDock Properties, but how do I transfer those settings?  Where are the saved files located?

If version 1.9, there are 2 folders that themes could be in
C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Themes
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\ObjectDock Library\Backed Up Themes
