Screen always freezes and then game crashes to Desktop in Multiplayer

I can't play multiplayer matches for more than around an hour before the game crashes to the Desktop in Multiplayer!!! Help me please! I have: NVIDIA GeForce 7350 LE/HP w2007 Wide LCD Monitor/Vista Home Premium 32 bit. It always says: Display Driver has stopped fonctioning and has recovered. This error message appears when the game crashes. My driver for my monitor is updated. While playing the game, it freezes multiple times before crashing and people ask me to fix lag but I think it is my monitor or something else. Can anyone help me out with this issue?

may wanna try installing those, they seem to fix the display driver crashing problem

I played one game without it crashing or even freezing, seems to have worked but will test out more games first. I'll post back tomorrow night with more updates.

Did not resolve issue unfortunatly. See my other topic explaining in more details this problem.
