Patching

Just a few questions about whether I should bother to try and patch the game.

Is it autopatching or manual?
How big are the patches?
Do you have to patch to 1.01 before 1.02?
Do the patches change the gameplay significantly or are they minor tweaks?

25 KB/s download speed has not been nice to me for my other games took me over 8 hours to download and patch Medieval 2 Total War to 1.1 then they go and release 1.2 on me  :(

in a few days ... version 1.03 will come out : do it then, u must !

Stardock patches are rarely minor fixes : they are big events, with a lot of new, major stuff ...

do it !

(u wont have to patch to 1.01 & 1.02 : version 1.03 will be cumulative & complete)

There are currently no standalone patches. The only way to patch SoaSE is to use Stardock Central. You must specifically say that you want to patch your game, as older savegames generally don't work with a new version.

SDC will patch your game to the latest available version for SoaSE from any previous version SoaSE. And it will done it by updating only the files that require it.
