Need some help on CursorFX

Hi, I hope you can help me. I'm XP Home SP 2 and I downloaded the free version of CursorFX. I have three questions about CursorFX, 1. Why the CursorFX doesn’t has a folder with all the themes in it like the CursorXP did? 2. Why I can’t delete the theme from the CursorFX Control Panel, which isn’t by Stardock Design? I download the themes that I’m trying to delete from win customize. 3. Would I be better off getting CursorFX plus?

1. On XP the folder can be found under C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents\Stardock\CursorFX.
2. If themes can't be deleted from the interface you can always resort to deleting the theme file from the themes folder mentioned above. However, it does seem strange that it's now working through the interface. How are you trying to delete them exactly?
3. CursorFX Plus has extra features such as special effects, trails, cursor sizing and colourizing. If you want to have more control over the display of cursors, it's a good idea to purchase the full version.

DigitalCHET I want to thank you very much for your help. Every thing you told me to do to delete the theme work. I was trying to delete the theme from the CursorFX Control Panel, but it doesn't works that way. You have to go through C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents\Stardock\CursorFX/themes to delete any themes.

I have big problems with cursorfxplus, i re-install windows xp sp3 and now after installation cursor fxplus, i open cursorfxplus and i wanted to change cursor theme on another one and this message apears.THE PRODUCT APPEARS TO BE VALIDATED BUT THE MACHINE SID DOESN'T MATCH. TRY DELETE THE FILE C:\PROGRAM FILES\STARDOCK\CYRSORFX\SIG.BIN AND RE-ACTIVATING and now what is that i dont have this file SIG.BIN i dont know what to do,i'm not good in this, so i need help step by step.I send 4 emails to sales@stardock.com but the not responding, so what the hell is going on for what i pay to wait weeks for support. before re-installation was everything fine,and now only problems, you are very slow company.I WAIT FOR YOU MESSAGE SOON AS POSSIBLE

Try sending an email to support@stardock.com. You will probably have better luck getting support for your problem through the support department as opposed to the sales department.

O no now you doing this, look on my first message, i sended 4 email and the not respond from 4 days so how long i have to wait, i will not get license longer for that, but its should be , because i cant use cursorfxplus now. So cant you speak with department about that. if can not help me any one so i will need refund.But its better if someone fix this, i like this program.

Do you use Impulse? It's Free.

You can re-activate CursorFX Plus by using Impulse.

No i not use impulse and i cant downloads this from the link you give me, i dont know why, but i cant. If i know is so much problems with this program i never buy him

They may not have gotten you emails.
If you emailed support@stardock.com you should have gotten an autoreply.  If you didn't, then they didn't get it.  Go to https://esupport.stardock.com and they will get a ticket you create there.  If you still don't get an autoreply you might be blocking thier email.

Sending multiple emails to the support address actually bumps your case to the bottom of the queue.

Emailing sales@stardock.com won't help you until you go through support.

PEOPLE DON'T BUT NOTHING FROM STARDOCK, I KNOW THE HAVE GREAT PROGRAMS BUT IF EVERYTHING IS OK, BECAUSE IF NOT AND YOU WILL NEED SUPPORT FROM STARDOCK THEN (FORGETS) THE ONLY TAKE MANEY, BELIEVE ME. FROM 2 WEEKS MY CURSORFX PLUS NOT WORKING AND THE CANT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. TRIAL VERSION WORKING BUT MY FULL VERSION NOT, SO ITS NOT MY PROBLEM THE DO SOMETHING.
