Sign Up Error - Invalid Serial Number

ok ive just bought the game from EB Games (Gamestop) and im trying to register and every time i do a:

Sign Up Error - Invalid Serial Number

comes up ive read every form i could read on this ive put in the Serial Number (Cd Key) over 20 times now and it still dosent work. Ive tried emailing my problem to them put i cant email it for some reason. can some one tell me what to do please.

What happened is someone bought the game then used the serial and returned it. The way to get this handled is by emailing support, what problem are you having sending an email?

If you can't email support, you can submit a ticket directly through this page. Just click next, then fill out the form and submit it (no need to log in or register there).

wow i cant really see gow that would happen i order it online and it came with all of the seals and every thing. thanks kryo for the link i was able to submit a ticket.

I hope u know that they have plastic wrap machines at every gamestop and ebs. A lot of employees take the liberty of playing games and then resealing them. just fyi

it could also be because you're mistaking the letter O for a 0 (or vice versa). Happened to me. small oops.

also, the 1 and i and the L (l)can be mistaken. Usually, they are i and not L's.

I hate that, happened to me once with a half faded Q on my windows xp pro disc.

it looked like a 6, was an irritating 20 minutes I tell you!

If you've gotten it sorted out yourself, please post an update to your ticket telling support such and that they can close the ticket. Doing so will let someone else get their ticket looked at a couple minutes sooner :)
