Cross reference an account?

     Help!! I know that this an odd place to try to fix my situation, but I have e mailed stardock support onlast monday              (2-25-2008). and again sunday (3-2-2008) and for some odd reason no responce.                                                             

     I just renewed my Obj Desk and Wincsustomize subsription after being down a couple of years. My Obj Desk works great! I get all the updates, skin lists too. But, when I come to the site in my browser I am listed as a level 1. I have tried to cross reference the accounts, but I never receive the link. I believe the account is referenced to an email addy I no longer have access to.  If an admin or someone in support reads this please contact me at skinalott@ gmail.com and I will forward My registration numbers and info.
