windows classic problem

seen this problem throughout the forums without any real solutions but thought I would post my system info just in case there would be some kind of difference - I read something about disabling nView or something but would probably need some specific instructions if that is the case.
WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.02 (build 43 x86)
WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
