MyColors registration error

Hello all!
I have already been in talks with Stardock support for the last week or so, but I thought I might check with the community while I am waiting to hear back. I am having trouble registering any of my themes on MyColors.
Whenever I try to register my free theme or my Sins theme, I always get an error that says "There was an error validating your registration information, please try again." Has any one else had this error and been able to resolve it? I have tried reinstalling, updating, and requesting my keys again and copy+pasting my information into MyColors. No luck.
Any one had any success fixing this?
