Hosting

I looked at portforward.com, and all the others. I looked at The_Monks stuff too.

I followed exactly what portfoward.com said, for the static IP, and the forward, but I still can't host. I don't know where to find the NAT thing, so I'm appealing here.

How can I find a way to be hosting? =/ I'd REALLY appreciate some detail.
