why is it of late that EVERY time I email a question to support@stardock.com it gets returned to me as undeliverable because it is spam?!?!?!?!

Have you emailed support@stardock.com about this problem?

Honestly though, I'm not sure. Is your email address suffix one commonly used for spam-related attacks? Hotmail etc.?

Try sending one labeled. "Meet me tonight"..... those seem to always get through the spam filters...
