no transperency.

hey i have WB 6 and i bought it about a week ago i have windows vista SP1 RC1 and i used to get transperency with all the skins and now suddenly i don't get transperency on any skin including the default vista home premium skin. and when i try to use the usual "adjust the color and transperency" in the windows vista personalization menu it says it is it has been disabled so i can't adjust the trasperency by using WB or windows vista can anyone help me?
