This is for anyone.
I tried to download the mod Sin_Plus_by_Uzii v.1-1a and I saved it to my desktop. It came up as a zipper folder and a normal folder but I can't figure out how to use it (or them)! I tried to find the location of the sins of the solar empire mod file in my computer (C: drive files), but had no luck. I also tried to delete the folders and it deleted the zipper folder but not the normal folder. It told me that someone or something was using it and I should close that program. I just want to get rid of it.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!
