Achievements - Squadron Leader Bug?

I built over 100 squads (fighters and bombers), not including the ones from the defense hangars. However, the achievement does not appear.
Anyone else encountered this? Is this a known bug?

Yeah I got that achievement in my second or third game and didn't even realise it, as far as I know the only bugged achievement is Pop Idol, which is currently impossible to get.

I played another game and this time I got the achievement. I guess the other game was bugged.
