moving, or deleting that little icon

from WinCustomize Forums

okay, the little icon in the top left hand corner on the title bars........is that possible to remove or shift? i use to be able to remove it on my xp skins........whats the story for vista? I really cant see where it is, and how to deal with it, can someone point me in the direction of where its located?
