Update on Multiplicity use with Teamspeak and Ventrilo?

Hi,
I've used the trial version of Multiplicity and experienced the same problems with Teamspeak locking up and push-to-talk not working correctly when using Multiplicity.
I see several forum posts on this matter, but no recent updates.
Is there any update on a fix or solution for this?
I'm holding off on buying Multiplicity until I this is bug/issue is resolved, but I really really want to use/buy Multiplicity Pro...however, a bugged Teamspeak and Ventrilo is a deal breaker since I use those applications constantly.
Please advise.
