All Icons don't apply for standard Vista users

If I try and apply a theme whilst logged in as a Standard User in Vista (Home Premuim) only some of the icons are changed, even though I am asked for the Admin password before IP opens. The Live folders, and recycle bin, for example, aren't changed.
But If I apply a theme whilst logged in as an Admin user, IP works as expected.

Having a similar problem. I'm using vista Home Basic edition, and once I download various Icon packs, all of the icons just come up blank. In Iconpackager it reads the name of the package as well as the author of it...but no icons. I emailed Stardock support, they gave me a ticket number, however no response yet.

No, but then rameses had, and I don't see much point in raising what appears to be the same issue.
