Repaired ship HP's exceed its maximum HP

I noticed several times in my last DA 1.80g game that when I would leave ships in orbit around a planet to repair, their HP sometimes increase to above their maximum value.  Is this normal?

It's perfectly normal under the current system because the check against max hp does not occur until the repair cycle has taken place; so you can have a 9/10 HP ship repairing 3 HP/turn go to 12/10 HP before it stops repairing. As it's only, in essence, a bonus turn of repair over the max HP, it really doesn't seem that like big of a deal-as a note, the AI gets it as well, though it might not be so great about exploiting it.

Personally, I would rather more important things be taken care of, but I can see how it could be fixed in probably four lines of code. Then again, I'm most probably missing something, as I doubt -any- fix is that simple.
