Digital Download Issue

Im installing Sins of a solar empire via digital download and my installer is 'stuck' at 8% extracting. The file that it's having trouble extracting is RESEARCHSUBJECT_ABILITYACCESS_REINFORC.... i can't see the ending file.

i've tried to uninstall both the game n stardock central.

I'm having the same issue, but it is with BuffDectectPhaseJumpModuleOnSpawner.entity
