negative treasury helps morale?

I saw in the FAQ that lower treasury helps morale? is this correct? Why?

maybe if you have too much money in your coffers, maybe your ppl tend to think you dont care about them since your not spending on them.

think about it this way, if you needed social improvments, and your government had billions of dollars, and they didnt spend a penny towards your condition.

That's not what it said in the FAQ, it said that a low treasury helps your morale. Check it out, its the big post from brad.

There are a thousand replies to "the big post from brad". Where exactly are you reading this from? None of the threads in this forum is an FAQ thread either, so I have no idea what you're talking about.

What I understood is that a negative treasury lowers morale. And at some point, a very high treasury (over 30k) would provoque a negative effect (some kind of curruption that lower your income or production bonuses - -don't remember). However, once again, I've just arrived from work, and my brain is down, so I wouldn't remember where I saw it. BUT i'm almost positive :notsure:

It here in the unofficial FAQ, the manual that just came out says the opposite.
