I have been taking creativity (and speed +2 
) for several games, but after a couple of hundred turns I have yet to reap any benefit. I play all my games on the biggest galaxy at maximum difficulty and usually lose in 6 or 7 years.
Do these events only occur after some minimum time has passed? Has anyone seen a major event take place in the first year?
