CTRL + N bug?

Ever since I installed the 1.02 stand-alone patch, everytime I press CTRL + N to reset the universe it closes GalCiv and brings me to the desktop. This never happened to me before. Is this happening to anybody else out there???

It happened to me when I installed a bunch of mods from the library. I couldnt figure out which 1 was causing the problems and I reinstalled.

Labout Unrest in the library causes a problem, change this:

inside of Labour.event

EVENT Labour Unrest
//------------------------------------------------------------------------

NEEDS TO BE CHANGED TO:

//------------------------------------------------------------------------
EVENT LabourUnrest
//------------------------------------------------------------------------


also, if u downloaded my party pack, redownload it cuz i fixed the problems with it
