Brother-in-law e-mailed me this one today. You gotta wonder if it’s the speechwriters or if, after all, it’s just Bush.

Nobody ever stops to think if things like this are "mistakes" that Bush-the-Idiot makes, or if he's really not all that dumb, and certainly intended to say what he did.

Maybe he's just toying with us, but we all assume that "He must really be good natured, just can't express himself well." >8)
