It's listed as OrbitalHospital in the file for it, you need to change it at the very top of the file

Yeah, that works... That thing costs an arm an a leg 90,000 bc :p
The terraforming one has a 160,000 bc project.. Good thing I was THE Economic superpower (took me 2 turns to build the 160k one ;) )
