What do the bars to the right of medals mean in sigs here?

The stacked horizontal bars, what do those mean? The other stuff tells me when I mouse over it, that one doesnt.

Anyone else thinks that medals should be awarded for beating Crippling or Machoistic games.

That would be neat as beating higher AIs doesn't seem to help scores as much as they should.

Man... I feel naked in this topic.... Maybe I should start submitting some of my games (it's just that my scores of around 200 are not so impressive :) ).

What does this 'civilian', 'veteran' etc. mean? Is that also a metaverse title or does that depend on the number of posts you made?
