Multiple Starbases in a sector

You can put multiple starbases in the same sector, and they
all work...

I have a planet that currently has >500% increase in production.
Where the limit is? Is there one? Negative side effects?

Maybe this is obvious to some, or maybe it is not quite what
was designed, but... I didn't think of it right away.

If I remember correctly, boosting the production to the point that a planet is producing more than 4 times its quality rating makes the cost of the production go up very fast.
