Phasic Barrier

The Vasari phasic barrier isn't turning off ( after there's no more threats nearby) in the game i'm playing, anyone noticed this? I had to manually disable it to get my structures back...

Its been mentioned. I believe someone said it does turn off, it just takes forever and three days.

I had pirates take pot shots at one of my trade ports deep within my territory. About an hour later I noticed the barrier was still up. I'm going to venture a guess that it may either be bugged, or programmed with a waaaaaay too long duration. It should probably be made to drop as soon as enemy ships leave the system or are destroyed.
