Edit the popup.obskin (in some cases menu.menuskin) file directly using notepad.

you'll want to change....
Font=
FontSize=

If you want to change the color
TextColor=

look in the skin file under C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\RightClick\Skins\......

If your looking to fix an imported windowblind skin - in the same skin folder you will find a folder marked ' windowblindskins ' In that folder it will have ' current skin '
Open that folder and click on the folder marked ' pop up ' inside folder click on the notepad " pop up " as Lantec has stated.
Then change font to what you want...
The latest update fixed the import windowblind problem but the font problem still exists.
All the imported RightClick skins have the same Tahoma Italics font ...instead of the windowblinds font.
The ini pads show tahoma with 2 rectangle boxes after font name. You can just remove those rectangles and change the Italics = 1 to Italics = 0
or just enter arial etc.

It might be something to do with 64 bit........I use a keyboard with a some programmable keys and I set fn+f12 to open RightClick. It requires unload/reload after iconpackage changes.
