Skin/Sizing locked at startup

The settings for the theme dictate that the width and maximum height are unrestricted. When starting the application however the width is still restricted. In order to un-restrict it I'm required to go into the skin tab of the theme editor and toggle the un-restrict radio button. It appears that the logic to release the border of the window is only triggered when this radio element is activated, it isn't checked & applied at program execution time.

Woah ignore that last responce (*shoots it).

I'm finding that you are correct on that issue. I think Object Bar isn't due till after the next few releases for updates. I can place this in as something of a "heads up" to the developers if you like.

If you're passing stuff onto the devs, there's a small but highly annoying issue that I'd like addressed :) (Have submitted a bug report a few releases back, but nothing came of it)- Any Window title with an & character in it gets the & duplicated so:
Documents & Settings==> Documents && Settings

Based on Brad's posts about the skinning community and mentioning the end of major versions for OB (No OB3), I'm not holding my breath for updates.  (:(

Since there are so many projects going on at once even if they want to change this it will take a good deal of time to do so. I just want to be up front with that.
